I wouldn't want to alter my face. I'm not ashamed by the way I look.
I would however love to have a mask that the CIA folks make. They claim to be able to make a mask that will change your appearance all the way and it looks very realistic.

I would never alter my face, I don't want to look like anyone artificially. By the way, I look like my father and I am proud of my looks.
If I have the Grace, I would like to change certain things. There is a wrinkle under my eye which I would like to remove but I notice that as I grow older, it is becoming better and better. In fact, it is way better now.
A wider jaw would be nice, but I can conceal my sharper chin to an extent with a nicely shaped beard.

Well, for me it is not about liking my own face. My decision to not alter my face is not because I like my face. It is because it defines who I am. It is a part of my genetic make up (I have traits of my parents). I wouldn't want to lose my identity.
I would change my entire face as I was not born with natural good looks.
