I have not been a fan of buying so many gym equipment from onset but the one that I got to have is a good pair of dumbbells. They are very effective and can be used for wide range of exercises.
The only exercise equipment I ever owned was a pair of dumbbell. I got these from my cousins. I did not use them much, so I gave them my brother.
