fitness Ever Tried Losing Your Weight? What Did You Do?

I have tried losing weight frequently, and when I want to lose weight I eat healthy, low-calorie meals, include superfoods and fiber rich food, exercise regularly, and I am patient and consistent. Instead of crash diets, or working out heavily, I consider sustainable eating habits and exercise.

Have you tried losing your weight, what methods worked for you?
 
Two things really helped for me.

1. Intermittent fasting. I would often fast from 8PM to 11 30AM and it worked really well for me. I was able to reduce around 7 kgs in 3 months.
2. I also tried to eat sustainable and healthy food along with daily 1.5 hours of weight training and it also helped me. I lost around 7 kgs in 4 months.
