Natural disasters can never be stopped whenever it's bound to happen. It's like what happened in Valencia (Spain) earlier this month when they experienced a devastating flood as a result of too much rain. It killed so many people and destroyed so much properties.

Have you ever experienced any natural disaster very close?

I have experienced earthquake and flood. I once even crossed a flooding river. I was with my siblings and tried to show that I was ok but inside I was very scared.

Indeed, I have never been a victim of any kind of natural disaster and I have been paying against it because it's never a good experience. I pity those who live in places that are ravaged by hurricanes or any sort of natural disaster.

I've been through hurricanes and blizzards but they werent too too bad

The closest natural disaster I have gone close to is flood. There was a time flood overtook my family house and we had to relocate temporarily out of the place for one month before the flood dried up.

Not really, maybe a little bit of flood which wasn't very bad. it just that we are blessed with a country with little to no natural disaster

I live in a coastal area. That's why we are prone to flood every year. I have experienced flooding conditions many times. There was even a year that flood forced us out of our house completely. Fortunately, the floods that happen in my city has never taken any life.

Yes, I have experienced earthquakes. But thankfully, the tremors were not strong and nothing happened.

I have experienced hurricanes, and even an earthquake back in 2008, but never experienced a natural disaster.

In 2013, we were close to there being a huge tidal surge but luckily, someone took it into their own hands and opened the lock gates to let water out and it prevented a severe flood which would have been a natural disaster.

I have also had a few close calls of natural disasters but I'm lucky they are not too intense. I could remember one that stood out. It was a thunderstorm that eventually removed our roof. That day, I was so afraid.

I've driven thru terrible snow. One time it was literally life or death.
