This is a no-brainer! Music has the power to unite people of different cultural backgrounds. In fact, music really makes the world a global village because a lot of artists are now tapping into different cultures and singing in their languages.
Music doesn't unify people. Everyone has a different taste when it comes to music and some can hardly tolerate the music genre of the other person. Of the truth, music is more divisive than unifying.

I would have to agree and say that music does have the power to unite people. Look at how many people meet each other through music, attend concerts through music and can enjoy the music they love together, united.
My daughter and I are huge BTS fans, and we are finally going to be heading to a concert of one of the band members in London in August, where we will be able to meet up and unite with other fans through music, and I find that amazing!
