From my days of childhood till now, I still keep hearing this term or slogan that "customers are always right". I might have believed it 100% back then but now, I see it as a total nonsense which gives some customers the right to behave like idiots in some business environment.
I believe in equal and mutual understanding and respect between businesses and their customers because without one, the other can't function.
