When I go to a certain relative, I wait for the person, in order to watch few TV shows together. This is because I know that person will enjoy watching my choice of shows and series. We share similar tastes. Do you have any such TV buddy? Afterall, it is fun watching TV with right company rather than watching all alone.

Yes, my father. He watches TV more than I do nowadays, but many times we both watch this show about a couple who are experts in catching dangerous snakes in houses and then liberate them in the woods. We often talk about the show afterwards since we are fascinated by all the acrobatics required to catch a black mamba trapped inside a car and the ever present risk of getting bitten and not making it out alive.
In lieu of this context, we just had to call the snake-catcher yesterday when a cobra decided to enter our garden and hide itself in our garage. After being caught, I examined the cobra in the container and realized how beautifully it has been created! I couldn't stop admiring the Creator and was glad to learn that the catcher leaves them in the wild.
Its nice to watch TV with father and later discuss the show.

I don't have a TV buddy for all the TV shows that I watch, but for Chicago Fire and EastEnders, I always wait for my daughter before I watch a new episode or even catch up on episodes that we may not have watched yet.
Squid Games seems to be another that my daughter will be a TV buddy for as well as I have not yet watched any of it but she wants to rewatch it again when I finally get around to watching it.

No because I don't even have a television!
No, I don't. When I watch TV I watch alone. I watch news, talk shows, live sports and my spouse is not interested in these content and my kid is too small to understand it.
I wouldn't say that I have a TV buddy because I don't want anything with anyone except for my daughter and she doesn't like what I watch most of the time. But I have guys that I discuss about movies and TV shows all the time.
