Even though a lot of people will tell you age is just a number, you will find that most people have hard time accepting their age. That's why they go very far to look young. Yes, we understand aging is a natural journey, but most of us do not like how we are aging? It is important that we accept out aging process, but the question is how do we do it?

I don't deny my age, as it's inevitable to get old.

However, I don't track my age. I couldn't tell you off the top of my head how many years old I am as I'd have to do a quick calculation to get it right, but I can give it to you ±1-2 years on the fly. I imagine when I get older, it'll be like ±4-5 years as I'll be more forgetful of birthdays, since I don't really celebrate them, except for what the family wants to do which tends to be small, and my mental marker of how old I am.

I can relate to this. I don't celebrate my birthday and the only birthday wish I get is form my siblings and parents and sometimes they ask how old am I I have to do quick calculations. I remember the year and date but I will have to calculate how old I am.

Honestly speaking, I am quite obsessed with ageing. This is why I always look for ways to become younger. Science says that their are two types of ages. One is chronological age, which is the number of years a person has spent in this world. However, biological age could be reversed to some extent. This is what I am trying to do.

Some studies have suggested that it is possible to reverse aging to some extent. For example, certain studies suggest that it is possible to reverse ageing process within a few weeks and you can reverse your age by three years if you exercise daily and have a healthy diet.

That's fascinating! As for reversing aging, it may not be as literal as one might think, but you know it is always good to know that simple things such as exercise and diet will not only help with the physical but the mental state as well. I heard in a documentary that it is possible to not make our body cells age. I don't know how true this is.

Aging is a natural phenomenon, but it's process can slowed down with healthy meals, regular exercises and less worries. That's why I encourage alot of young people to work very hard so that they can retire early.

Alot of people look far older than their age due to stress, just as there are also others who look much younger than their age. One's chronological age should match with One's economic achievements otherwise the person might appear older than their original age.

I can't really deal with the fact I'm 48. I don't feel like it in my mind, but my body feels that way sometimes. Anyway, there is this old looking dude at work and he's 46 and it shocks me that me and him or the same age. Also, I've seen people from high school, and I am shocked by their age after I haven't seen them since college.

I embrace my age because it reflects my experiences and growth. I’ve learned to appreciate the wisdom that comes with time, even if challenges arise. Aging feels like a journey of self-discovery rather than something to fear or resist.
Does this mean you have no issue announcing your age? Don't you think people make opinion about you based on your age. If you are young, they don';t trust you because they think you are too young to understand, if you are old, they think you are too old to understand things.
