He was touted for so long to join Manchester United. But if he chose Chelsea, it is not a problem. We have seen so many players join Chelsea and have become flops soon after. It is a long time they had a signing that took the world by storm.
Chelsea are playing real good than Manchester United at the moment. Fans of both clubs who are honest can agree with me on that talk.
Chelsea needs a proper striker that can help them compete in the premier league and UCL next season, they went for a striker that got relegated with Norwich

I think Liam delaps move to Chelsea is official now because I heard a report that he’s currently undergoing medicals.
As I type this, it is not yet completed. He was billed to have his medical and he has completed the first part of that medical. I think he would complete the other part soon and an official announcement would be made. But I sincerely don't believe that Liam Delap would plug the hole at Chelsea.
I don't either. I believe Chelsea needs a more established striker, which Delap isn't, with all due respect. Maybe someone like Victor Osimhen might have been ideal.
Anyways, I just hope Delap proves me wrong.
I would have rather suggested Victor Gyokeres for them. I know how the English media hypes their players. I just hope that he actually performs well and should not be another hype.
Yeah I don't know why clubs are not going for that Gyokeres guy. Dude has scored the highest number of goals in Europe this season. He would have won the golden boot if not for coefficient.
Manchester United are very serious about him. The problem now is just that Sporting Lisbon wants more money for him by refusing to honor the gentleman's agreement they had with Viktor Gyökeres.
