I have recently taken to cleaning my room and surroundings as a hobby. For example, I went for a mountain trek a week back and I was so jobless that I decided to clean the place a little bit. I walked around collecting all the plastic items and papers and other litter I can see and cleaned the place.

Do you think cleaning can be a good hobby? How many of you clean as a hobby?

I think it could lead to good habits.

I know people who are organizers. What started out as a hobby now earns them some income as people will hire them to organize their stuff for them.

Cleaning and organizing to me sounds like an excellent hobby!

This is the type of hobby that I can proudly say that I have because I like cleaning.

I have been intentional about it and always focused on cleaning the house as a kid and now that I am grown, it is an act that I've not dropped.

I like to keep things in its right place, that way I believe everything looks neat and clean. However, I can't say that it's my hobby. I just don't enjoy seeing things out of its rightful place. But sometimes, due to lack of time and work-overload, I slack in keeping things orderly or cleaning them for that matter.
