Recently, I have been struggling to reduce weight. I am remaining in the 94 - 91 kg weight band and want to bring it down to at least 87kg.

How do you regulate the 'Calorie Out' plan? I work out already 1 hour in the gym every week 5 in 7 days. I use the treadmill for 10 mins everyday post work out also. beyond that, I find less motivation to go ahead.

Any ideas about what else I can do about it?

Note: I am 91kg, taking 1700kCal against a maintenance calorie of 2500kcal. But it isnt working out :(

Don't get discouraged! The dedication to gym workouts you currently demonstrate is extremely positive. A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) if added to your regular exercise routines will bring the possibility to enhance your achievement. Through HIIT workouts, you will consume more calories after your exercise session. Trust me, I know it because I've been there too!

Keep going. It's consistency. Make it habitual and keep focusing on fitness that makes your heart beat faster.

Most of my weight comes from snacking before bed. That's what I'm trying to work on. In all honesty, you need to eat your last food at least 4-6 hours before bedtime no matter what it is. That can help you a lot.

4 hours before sleep. Yes, that makes sense. I will be doing it from today onwards.

Regarding High Intensity Work Out I have increased my speed in treadmill from 6 to 9 and is using it for burning 100 calories after my weight training. Lets see how it goes.

If your treadmill is capable of it, make it where you are running uphill. That is going to do a lot for you. as well. I get the most out of my cycling fitness when I bike uphill. It burns, it sucks. But it really does wonders and gets the heart rate going!
