discuss Body tanning

A thread for live match analysis, player performances, scores, highlights, fan predictions, and general sports discussions across all sports.
I've seen and heard of this oil, but I don't really know what it is, if you do a google search it doesn't give you much information about it either, I guess you should ask a competing bodybuilder what oil that is.

I'm not entirely sure about spray-tan. But, when I was into bodybuilding, I went tanning.

The purpose behind a tan is that striations and muscles are more prominent as lighting will create a more distinct shadow around the muscles, making them appear larger than they really are (even though they are large).

As I'm getting back into bodybuilding, but older, I'm opting out of tanning as I don't want to get skin cancer.

I'll probably never appear in a show either, as I have a "double" calf, which shows very well, and is not symmetrical to the other calf. It would suck to diet down to 4-5% body fat and be bigger than someone else, but lose (or not place in the top 3, rather) because 1 muscle that I can't control grows when it shouldn't.

My daughter uses boy tanning stuff. I can tell it's fake. I'm concerned about the chemicals being used in it, but I'm also concerned about her going outside to try to get burned enough to tan. She's a ginger and they tend to tan a lot harder than the rest of us. I've told her to just embrace being as white as possible, LOL.

I have a lot of Native American in me so I darken up pretty easily.

Judges can be merciless over the tiniest details, making one lose all the months of hardwork and commitment. However, the cancer thing is frightening. Switching to spray tans is healthier. They say it's safer but more expensive.

But are there chemicals in the spray tan that can have long-term effects?

I mean, either way, seems dangerous.
