For me, I have been able to regulate my work life such that I always close from work by 5 pm. Nothing would keep me at the shop beyond that time. I have the whole late evening to spend with my partner doing activities together. He equally is also only free in the evenings from work.
You don't work 24 hours right, you will certainly have a few spare hours every day right. You can use those spare hours to spend quality time with your partner. It does not always have to be something that requires a lot of spending. Even mundane activity like doing household chores can be very romantic if you do it together and talk about your day.
We both work hard daily but I always have a special time to look into what my partner is handling at hand then I create out time to assist, when we're all done, we relax and enjoy ourselves.
Balancing work and relationships means setting clear priorities and boundaries. I make time for loved ones without letting work take over, communicate openly about schedules, and stay present in both areas to keep connections strong and stress low.
