A lot of people are good at maintaining relationships for long time. They find time for people they like and spend time with them. However, in doing so, most forget to find time for themselves. It is important to take care of oneself and reflect time to time on things that matter to self. Do you give yourself "me time"?

When you lose yourself in trying to maintain relationships and helping others, you would be the loser at the end of the day. Every person should learn to prioritize themselves even in relationships. People always tend to exploit people that are selfless. It is not wrong to be selfless but don't lose yourself in the process.

I am always good to myself. It's me and I own my body. I never take things that harm myself, reputation, and career.
That's a strong stand and not many can live up to it, for it is easy to lose oneself in the sweet evils and distractions of life. Keep it up and I hope we all are clear about self-love like the way you are.

It is really difficult to answer this question. That's because I am the bread winner in the family and I have dependents. I have to first look after them. However, I do try to be good on myself by having "me time" watching movies and TV shows, playing games, going for a walk, etc.

Thank you so much for your thoughts on me. It's essential to love ourselves, there's no other who can do it for us but ourselves. Loving the self does a lot of tough decisions.

I used to struggle a lot with putting myself first, and I know I still struggle to do that. Just this past week, I have realised just how much time I do not give myself, and that ended up in me feeling run down.

I have got to remember that putting myself first is not selfish or a bad thing, and no matter what someone says to me, I should always put myself first.

I am someone that cares about people so much that I can lose myself for the people that I care about. I am guilty of not prioritizing myself over others. It could be siblings, lovers, neighbours. I am somewhat a people oriented person and I have to learn to give more importance to myself.

You need to be selfish when it comes to giving priorities to yourself. I can't fathom the reason you won't achieve that as it is all about understanding that you matter a lot as well.
