When I was in high school I was always shy. But when I entered the university as freshman student I promised myself to outsmart shyness. I joined many organisations and became a student leader and activist. I joined a musical band all females. I play slow rock music.
I would not say that I am shy but I am a highly reserved person. Not as if I can't speak to someone or people, but I am a very calculative person, observing more than talking. But if the situation demands that I should speak, I am very bold to speak up.
I like to classify myself as a shy person but if I have to give my opinion, I am not afraid to say it.
This is very good of you. It is important for one to calculate before they can begin to speak anyhow. This is why I am not happy when people speak without control. One should have a limit at all times.
I am generally a shy person. I can't speak to someone that I have not built familiarity with. That's why before I get to approach a lady to ask out, I would have spent months trying to be comfortable around her. Being in a place that I don't know people, I always shut up and try to familiarize first before I start to express myself.
I'm not a shy person as I can be quite talkivie and outgoing. I like to connect with others and build new relationships. I don't think there's ever been a point in my life where I was a shy one.
I used to be a very shy and reserved young girl. I couldn't stand anyone. But I was exposed to the world of business where I had to face people. It was difficult to break the shyness. But it kept breaking by itself the more I had to face customers everyday. I am no more a shy person.
I would say I'm a shy person but I'm also outgoing when I'm in the midst of people that I'm very familiar with. Generally, I try to read people's interaction before I could relate with them socially.
