"Family movies" are suppossed to be "clean" as family has all ages of people from kids to elderly. It is the type of movies that one can sit and watch along with the whole family without having to worry about some "steamy" scenes, that makes family members run for the remote or feel uncomfortable. But, of late, steamy scenes seems to have been creeping in such movies too, it is as if the "family movie audience" is being forced in to see what sells the movies. Is this fair really? What is your opinion?

Family movies today focus more on light, positive themes, unlike past films that tackled deep emotions. Some feel this shift dilutes emotional depth, while others appreciate the safer, more inclusive stories for kids’ evolving needs.
These days they make all sorts of movies and rate the movie based on the content. Movies are not for all sorts of people, you can watch according to your interest. They do make family movies that can be enjoyed by a family, including kids.
Family movies used to be a safe zone, something you could watch with parents, siblings, even grandparents without any awkward moments. Nowadays it feels like even some scenes are slipping in that don't really fit the family-friendly label. It's like filmmakers are prioritizing what sells over what's appropriate for all ages.
