I’m glad you are able to handle your anxiety differently. I have been there and one thing I learnt is: we don’t have to always let anxiety get the best of us. There are always ways to deal with it. Engaging in your regular routine is beneficial because it deals with anxiety and worrying squarely. of decreasing stress and anxiety levels.I can understand that. For me, I've dealt with a lot of stresses in my late teenage/early adulthood years... my life is a lot less chaotic and unpredictable now than it was 5-10 years ago. So for me, that's worked to reduce my anxiety and worries a lot. It also helps that the job I do right now is a job I genuinely really enjoy, so I don't find it stressful much if at all.
