Everytime when I engage in heavy sporting activities or even dead life, my ankles tend to slip because muscles around my ankles are very weak. I have been looking everywhere to find an exercise that works to strengthen the muscles around my ankle, most of them are either wrong and too similar to calf exercises.
Anyone has any solutions to suggest?
The ankle binder is good, but its not always feasible to use it everytime and everyday.
