I would say that men have the privilege to cut and style their hair differently at every salon visit, unlike women who are stuck to get few styles for they might want their hair length to be maintained or worry that regrowth might be slow etc. There are men who like to flaunt different hairstyles and beard every time they visit their stylist or barber. I find it cool to revamp your looks with different hairstyles as time passes by. But I am all for modesty while doing that. For me, I try to maintain one hairstyle for a long time because it is part of my identity and my brand.
I don't change my hairstyles every time I visit a barber. I have just two hair styles, short and medium length and I switch between these two. When I have medium length hair, I like to tie my hair.
Switching hairstyles depends on individual preferences and how they want to express themselves. Personally, I believe in wearing a fresh look especially with the trending hairstyles.

I have carried one hairstyle for almost five years now. My Mohawk looks so good on me. Why then would I want to change the hairstyle? And the hairstyle is almost part of my personal brand now. No need to change it again. For me, it shows inconsistency when one has to change hairstyle every time.
I always change my hairstyle every three weeks. I don't have curly hair so I can't style them how I want. I use hair attachments to do braids. And they get old after three weeks. I would need to change it and do a new style. I this country, men maintain a single hairstyle more than women.
