off-topic Would you rather have a million dollars or the ability to make a wish?

Have you ever fins yourself in scuba tough situation? As much as I would like to have a million dollar to secure my finances, I believe that it’s more important for me to have a chance to make a wish. What would you do if you are in such situation?

I'm still working towards my million~ dollar retirement account, one dollar at a time (a whole lot more deposited, plus the interest reinvested), which laying brick by brick sets me up quite nicely beyond my 50th birthday. I can play the long game when it comes to finances as all it is is grit and consistency and cutting back on what you don't need in life to put towards a better future instead.

I would take a wish, nothing financially related, but I'll keep my wish private.

If I have a million dollars I can work with it to make more. However, if I get to make a wish, I might ask something better than one million, maybe 10 million, or a owner of a successful business, or 20 million worth of stock investment, etc.

the wish, in that way I ask for infinite money, so the million dollars is meaningless, unless obviously with the wish I cannot ask for money, then I would have no other option than the million dollars
