discuss Working From Home Burnout Is Real

A thread covering the latest news on trends, groundbreaking technologies, and digital innovations reshaping the tech landscape.
Recharging when working from home is never easy. I am someone who works from home and will admit, I have suffered burnout many times.

One thing I have noticed from working from home is that you do need to separate your work area and your area so that you are not stuck in the same place all the time.

I sometimes do online hustles. I love the flexibility, but sometimes the lines between work and rest get blurry.
How do you recharge when working from home?
Taking breaks is key. If you’re over working yourself, you’ll experience burn outs.

Go for walks, hit nature.
The key is to try to do baby steps and not overwork yourself.
