James Ward Prowse is the only player that I can call a dead ball specialist in this era. Man is very dangerous from any position when it comes to set pieces. He is the only one close to being a free kick specialist.

The truth is that we don't have such players that were traditional free kick specialists anymore. I think that era died with Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. Some few players of this era that are trying with free kicks are Kieran Trippier. He has scored a few free kicks lately and assisted goals from dead ball situations. Another one is Trent Alexander Arnold of Liverpool. Ward Prowse is also good with free kicks.

Cristiano Ronaldo was a free kick specialist in his hey days. But I think he has been found out. Messi has never been a free kick specialist. He scored free kicks occasionally when he was at his peak but not that much to be considered a specialist.
