My experience was with my internet service provider. I called in to report an outage and was told that it was a problem with my router.

After hours of being frustrated on the phone with them, they ended up sending a technician, who came for only five minutes to fix whatever was wrong. The worst part? They attempted billing for the service call but I declined.
 
I once had the worst experience with a laptop manufacturer. My device's battery drains abnormally fast, and they keep transferring me to different reps, which ask for the same info. After two frustrating hours, they finally agreed to replace the battery, but it took another two weeks before it arrived.
