A great leader is one that is able to motivate his followers. That leader that makes the followers to refuse to see impossibilities in their quest to achieve the goals of the organization. That leader that shows empathy and understanding towards the followers.
A great leader should possess very strong traits like empathy, adaptability and strong communication skills. Apart from that, they should also be able to inspire and motivate their team and make reasonable decisions too.
One who achieves whole of loyalty by those following them.
If you make a recommendation and everyone is immediately on board, then you are a true leader.

We cannot see any great leader until they are living, we make them great only when they die. There is no one I truly admire, but I see some leaders doing really great for their society.
Do we really have a great leader today, I don’t think so. Greatness is dead.
