Animals that are not common pet animals are usually called exotic pets, animals that are not native to the location and kept as pets are also called exotic pets. Some examples are exotic pets are lizards, hamster, ferrets, etc. Do you have exotic pets, what do you think about exotic pets?

I believe that exotic pets are a good fit for certain people, but they won’t work for everyone. I have owned a couple animals myself, but I don't see them as exotic because they are very common here. I remembered seeing one pet which is very rare here and that could be termed as been exotic.

I think this applies even for common pets like cats and dogs. The most important thing is knowing everything about the animal you want to have it as a pet, including how they can transfer diseases to humans.
