What foods do you include in your daily diet for health and fitness? well, as far as I am concerned, I include lemon in my daily diet. It is high in Vitamin C, which helps with protein and fat digestion. It also promotes healthy skin. I also include nuts and whole grains, which provide essential minerals and healthy fats. I also eat leafy greens and vegetables every day and they provide fiber and antioxidants.
