I would call this a disappointing attitude because I didn't know that a day would come when Liverpool fans can have the mind and confidence to boo Trent Alexander Arnold.

Yes, he is leaving, but he's given his all for the team and won a lot of trophies with the club. What sense does it make to boo him?

That was very unprofessional of them. Players come and go, it is not something new. Booing a player that rose from the academy and has given his all for the club all his life is just mediocre behavior.

Football fans are the most ungrateful sets of people on planet earth. They easily forget good times a player or a coach has had with them. If Real Madrid fans could boo Cristiano Ronaldo that led Madrid to win three champions leagues in a row, who is Arnold to Liverpool that the club's fans won't boo him. But it is a very negative approach and attitude.

I don't like the way the fans boo Trent because it seems so harsh to me considering his contribution to the team. I quite understand that the emotions of the fan can run high but showing appreciation for his dedication would be more fitting than what he got.

Fans always feel that player is disloyal when they decide to leave the club when they are not declining. It is an entitlement mentality that fans of some clubs including Liverpool have. That means they can't be United fans that watched United leave for Real Madrid even when he was the talisman of United as the time of leaving.
