What's your biggest time management challenge as a homemaker, and how do you prioritize competing demands?

We are stay at home parents, my wife is preparing for competitive exams for jobs where as I work form home. The most important thing is to divide chores and take responsibilities on managing the household. For instance, when she is doing chores I baby sit, she looks after our big boy's home work where as I walk him to bus stand.
