It's very well known that obesity brings a lot of diseases with it. And so there is a common myth that being thin is healthy. It's time that we bust this myth. I know of many thin people who look fit not willing to exercise because they think that they don't need it. Many even indulge in bad lifestyle choices assuming that they are thin and fit. I know of some people who look fit and active but have high dangerous levels of cholesterol.
Exercise is meant for everyone. Being thin does not give you an excuse. Nor does it assure of a good health

Being thin does not automatically lead to good health condition. Some people still develop medical conditions despite their slender physique. It could be diabetes and high cholesterol or other diseases. First and foremost, everyone requires proper attention towards their wellness be it fat or thin. We all need to workout and eat nutritious food to stay healthy.

The assumption that thinness implies health is not true at all. The belief that thinness proves fitness causes certain people to avoid their health even though their thin bodies indicate otherwise. Physical appearance does not define our health status. As a matter of fact, some fat people are healthier than the thin ones.
