Hollywood's great at putting out flashy movies—big explosions, emotional moments, characters you remember. But not every movie ages well, and some probably never should’ve made it past the script stage.


A lot of them still push some messed-up stuff—unrealistic beauty standards, glamorizing violence, stereotypes that should’ve been left behind decades ago. Some even straight-up rewrite history or paint entire groups of people in a way that’s just not real.


It’s easy to forget that movies aren’t just entertainment—they shape how people think, sometimes in ways they don’t even realize.

One thing I notice in Hollywood that I am not happy with is the lack of diversity and representation. This has led to a biased perspective which is a big problem that needs to be solved as quickly as possible.

The little Mermaid movie was one that completely went against the story we read when we were young
The mermaid was not black, so why use Halle Bailey? This isn't me being racist, I just think they should have stuck to the description in the story.
