I’ve tried cutting sugar to boost energy and health. My favorite low-sugar snack is mixed nuts with a few dark chocolate chips. To handle sweet cravings, I drink water, eat fruit, or distract myself with a quick walk or hobby.
Sugar is hidden in our food, from breads, jams, drinks, ketchup to chocolates, icecreams, cookies every food contain sugar. If you are eating packaged foods, you are always eating extra sugar. I avoid eating packaged foods, I avoid any foods that contain added sugar.
