discuss Should we permit offside goals in football?

Every time when I watch football, I pause a moment before celebrating a goal because I always think that it might be offside. This totally destroys the flow of excitement for me.

So, I was wondering, is there a way in which we can build a new format without the offside rule? Is it really necessary?

Asking for the offside rule to be removed is also like asking for handball to be removed too. In fact, there shouldn't even be any rules in place. Players are free to just run up and down the pitch putting the ball in the net.
