Internet offers a lot of literature about rosemary's goodness for hair health. It is claimed to regrow hair, prevent hair fall and strengthen hair. There is scientific evidence to support these claims. One can use rosemary oil, water and serum in various ways to achieve this effect. Have you tried rosemary for hair health? What has been your experience?

There are many other natural herbs that are ay better than the so-called rosemary. Black seed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, onion oil, and cardamom oil are best for hair. Research done on rosemary oil is flawed and misinterpreted by many people.

My daughter and I use a Rosemary Oil Shampoo and Conditioner when we wash our hair, and we also have Rosemary Oil that we can add to our roots a few times a week.

We have been using the shampoo, conditioner and the oil for around a month now, and we have noticed a huge difference in our hair and how much healthier it is.

I have heard about rosemary for hair health but I haven't tried it. By the way, I have tried a lot of things on my hair such as henna, amla (Indian gooseberry), hibiscus flower, hot oil massage, hot towel, etc. I once had a long hair and hair care routine was a part of my self care routine.

I was recently adviced to use hibiscus leaves for colouring my hair black, I have naturally honey coloured hair which is not to the liking of some people, but my question here is, what does the hibiscus leaves or flowers do to the hair? What did you use it for? How were the results? If you could please share your experiences with all that you have used so far, the reason behind and the outcome, will be very helpful.
