Every other person that I see is either overweight or obese. There is a significant rise in child obesity too. As life becomes increasingly sedentary, obesity along with its siblings, hypertension and diabetes mellitus are also welcomed uninvited. Are you a victim of any of these? What are your ways to get your body back? All your inputs will help somebody somewhere to have a better life.

I am not a victim of obesity. When I start putting on weight, I act fact. I try to control by skipping meal, walking and drinking low calorie food. Obesity in kids is a problem. My kid is slightly obese. We are trying to introduce football to him so that he will be fit

Hot take, but I don't think you can be a "victim" of obesity.

Nobody is forcing you to eat excessively or to not get exercise in. Obesity is of your own doing, 99.9% of the time; I still feel the 0.1% can be mitigated with proper diet, too.

I am very tall and there is no chance that I could be overweight. Besides that, I avoid night food so that I don't have an outside chance of being overweight. My daily work routine involves carrying a lot of heavy equipment around. That's enough stretch that burns calories for me in case I don't have enough time to do a proper disease.
