Do you track your sleep?

Many wearable technologies for fitness-related tasks allow you to measure your sleep. Watches and such will tell you how good of a night's sleep you get. Not getting enough sleep can lead to unhealthy conditions.

This sort of technology might actually be important.

How do you feel about it? Do you use it? If so, what has it done for you?
 
I stay at a sleep clinic overnight every few years to have a proper sleep study done to ensure I'm getting adequate sleep and to rule out sleep apnea.

Other than that, I don't trust big tech with health information like that. So, I'll opt out of wearables for now.
