Creating time for yourself is always important, it allows you to do the things you enjoy and be able to relax, especially if you have a hectic schedule.

I used to struggle finding time for myself as I was always eager to keep myself busy with work, but that only led to burnout. I have learned that I need to allocate time for work and then time for myself so that burnout doesn't occur and I can still do the things I enjoy.

A schedule and routine are very much needed to ensure time for yourself on a busy day.
