Some people believe that fitness is required to have a happy and healthy life.

Fitness can be any sort of exercise you want it to be. I like cycling, hiking, and running as mine.

Do you think people who are anti-social, depressed, unhealthy, and other negative traits are there because they don't keep their selves in shape?

Can fitness really be the way to solve all your problems?

Why or why not?

I think fitness solves a lot of problems, including physical, emotional, and psychological. However, fitness does not always mean doing regular exercise or working in gym, even walking to workplace instead of driving, or taking the stairs instead of lift can make you fit.

For sure. Walking every day is better for you than not walking.

If you're not doing daily activity (even if it's just walking), you're not on the right track.

There is no such thing as a rest day. Active rest day, sure. Go for a walk. But staying at home and sitting or sleeping all day isn't good. I'd even argue against doing it when you're sick. Most sicknesses at least.
