It depends on the exercise. I wouldn't curl kettlebells for bigger biceps or lateral raises for my shoulders if there were similar-weight dumbbells around.What would you recommend and why is it your choice?
Each have their advantages. I think the Kettlebells allow for a movement that may help the core, while dumbbells work more in a separate and more direct way. In the end, we are still going to achieve same result using both.I like using dumbbell, I find kettlebell clumsy. Whether you should use dumbbell or kettlebell depends on what you want to achieve with your exercise routine and what makes you more comfortable
