As the society become more and more health conscious, people are moving away from soft beverages to green tea. Loaded with anti-oxidants and zero calories, green tea has become people's favorite. I drink green tea on daily basis, and the personal benefit that I have noticed is the fact that I feel less hungry and therefore, the calorie intake has reduced greatly. Have you tried green tea and what are your experiences?
