How do you rate your screen time when it comes to having any impact on your health? Have it gotten to the stage where you thinking something needs to be done as quickly as possible because it's having a damaging effects on your general health?

There are those whom their screen time have completely ruined their sleep. How can they battle this and win?
 
The older I get, the more sleep I need. I used to not be that way, either. But I've not got to the level of needing naps, yet.
you're not the only one lol. I do sleep more since I've been getting older. I used to be able to be fine with just 5-6 hours of sleep, but not anymore.
 
If you are a professional, you might be already using a computer for 6-8 hours in a day. On top of that, you will use social media for a couple of hours. Screen time does not only mean your time spent on Facebook or Youtube, it also means working on computer. I spend around 12 hours on my computer, mobile phone and tab.
