discuss Is Western Feminism Out of Touch with Reality?

This thread covers all aspects of ideologies, including beliefs, principles, traditions, policies, and their influence on society and culture.
Feminism is growing especially in western countries. It’s a good thing to prioritize equality but we cannot deny the real world issues staring at our faces. To me, the movement seems to be more concerned with theoretical nuances than tackling the real world problems which is a major concern to us all, especially for a cultured individual like me.

Western feminism can sometimes appear out of touch, especially when it overlooks the diverse cultural, economic, and social realities of women in non-Western contexts. For instance, issues like workplace equality or reproductive rights might not be in the same way in regions where women still lack basic education. Western feminism has also played a pivotal role in advancing global conversations around gender equality. The challenge lies in ensuring it doesn't become a one-size-fits-all approach.

theoretical nuances
is that really so?
As far as I know feminism vouch for equal rights, equal opportunities, equal pay, access to education and health care services.
Can you explain, what theories that feminism vouch for that are not very practical.

Practically, Western feminism is causing a lot of problems in our relationships especially in Africa. This is because our culture is totally different from what feminism is preaching. It's quite simple and the earlier we understand that the man is the head of the family, the better.
Feminism is teaching equality, but in many cases, it seems to be preaching female dominance.
