How fair is it to decide for someone, the number of children they can have? Even if it is for the benefit of a country, is population curbing really the solution? Wont it then cause imbalance in that there will be more elderly and unproductive people, not to mention unhappy citizens, who crave for another child? How right is it, for a child not to have a sibling?
 
The only country that had practiced one child policy was China but now they don't have that policy. Well, the policy certainly eliminates human freedom but if you are seeing immense population growth in your country I can see the need for a policy like this.
