Should we even listen to music while studying? While music has been found to help in staying focused, it is not every type of music that is beneficial to anyone studying. Classical and instrumental tracks are great options as they create a calm and concentrated atmosphere. On the other hand, music with lyrics or a strong beat can be distracting. Certainly, this helps in the growth of the creative spirit, which helps you to enhance the spirit of efficiency and productivity while doing your studies, but it is not desirable in all cases. There are controls and conditions, so you must pay attention to them.

I have always found music to be motivating. There have been days when I have had so much work to do, and without music, the motivation is just not there.

Over the last week, I have been pushing myself to either have music playing just for me using my earbuds or have music playing for everyone, and that has helped a great deal with motivation.

I love music anytime anywhere except when I am having a headache and when I am studying. I prefer quiet environment and no distraction when I study because I do so intensely. Even if a music is proven to enhance concentration, for me it will be a distraction. I am a person who enjoy to vibe with the music and the moment I hear music by feet automatically starts to tap and I lose focus.
