fitness Is It Better to Work Out on an Empty Stomach?

Exercising on an empty stomach, or fasted cardio, is often debated. Does working out on an empty stomach help you burn more fat, or is it detrimental to your performance? How do you feel when you work out before eating, and do you notice a difference in your energy levels compared to working out after eating?
 
I work out on an empty stomach.

Reasons are:
1. I work out in the early morning. Since I am aiming for fat loss, then having a pre-workout meal will break my fast during intermittent fasting.
2. I feel lazy after meals.
3. If I work out on a non-empty stomach, then I feel to vomit frequently.

However, its just personal preference and energy levels.
