People generally pursue fitness aims through either weight reduction or body composition improvement. Weight loss is like an indicator of progress but body composition delivers detailed information about our health conditions. Among the two approaches, which is the better fit and what is your reasoning?
 
My fitness goal centers entirely on body composition. The reduction in weight might not provide sufficient information because it cannot distinguish between muscle growth and fat reduction. The focus on body composition allows me to detect the effects of my dietary changes and the exercise activities on my health condition.
