Empathy is good but knowing when to drop the emotions that sponsors and being factual is necessary. There is how you keep showing empathy to people and you don't help them to grow. Know when to be firm and when to show empathy. That balance would help people around you.
Empathy plays a huge role in human connections, helping us understand and support each other. While not everything revolves around empathy, it is required for building relationships, solving conflicts, and improving compassion.

I wouldn't say that empathy is not valuable, yes it is, but we need to balance it up. It helps us to build connections with others but being overly empathetic also has its own negative side too.
