I will introduce sudden death rule in football-the first team to score after a tie wins it. The extra time after regulation time is really stressful to the players and the spectators. Once a team scores first in extra time, the match ends.

Football or soccer?

I read that as American football, so it wouldn't make much sense as one team has the ball, but I believe in soccer, it's whoever kicks the ball from the center first who has it in play if I'm not mistaken.

I want a rule which allow one team to receive a temporary additional field player for 10 minutes. This initiative will make the game more interesting.

Well, this rule wouldn't make any sense because there's time allocated for each session being played. To cut off the match when a team scored first will make a mockery of the time.

Although, I think they used to have this rule in playing of penalties after the teams have played all their first 5 selected players or so.
