Not all hustles are tough, so the side work isn't a big deal.

It is quite good to hustle but sometimes hustle culture can be very toxic and it can promote burnout and make us neglect work life balance. When you work constantly, it can lead to exhaustion and can have a significant impact on your mental health. I am not saying hard work is not important, yes it is but while we work hard, it is necessary to prioritize self care too.

I guess it depends how strong you are in many cases.

I personally believe that people should work hard. But working yourself to death is what I won't subscribe to. I work hard but I also take breaks in between. This evening, I turned down a booking because I was not feeling strong. And I laid down and slept. That's not what hustle culture would support.

I know plenty of people who door dash. It can be a very tough hustle.

Well, I am into hustle culture. It can be terrifying sometimes because you are not able to earn enough to support yourself but sometimes you can earn one month income with just a couple of tasks, and spend remaining month relaxing. There are pros and there are cons.
