discuss Hustle Culture: What is your belief about it?

This thread covers all aspects of ideologies, including beliefs, principles, traditions, policies, and their influence on society and culture.
The hustle culture has as it's core values working relentlessly. It advocates for people to have a main job, a side hustle and a passive hustle. What this implies is that a individual is always working for most times of the day.

Do you think that hustle culture aligns with strong work ethics? Do you think otherwise?
Not all hustles are tough, so the side work isn't a big deal.

It is quite good to hustle but sometimes hustle culture can be very toxic and it can promote burnout and make us neglect work life balance. When you work constantly, it can lead to exhaustion and can have a significant impact on your mental health. I am not saying hard work is not important, yes it is but while we work hard, it is necessary to prioritize self care too.
