I can agree with you that eating the same thing daily can get boring and I can see why many people would feel that when batch cooking they would need to make food and it be the same for every day.

One way to batch cook and have different meals could be to use half of the ingredients that you buy and prepare one meal of different varieties when you batch cook, for example you could use mince, onions, and mushrooms for a Spaghetti Bolognese and then use those same ingredients for a curry and rice.

Another great example if you prefer chicken in your curry could be to use some of the chicken for the curry and then to use the rest of the chicken for a stir fry.
