I'm the process of my personal growth, I was able to see that a particular friendships should no longer remain in my life. I saw some signs that alert me about the need to reevaluate especially when I feel trapped or having emotional distance with a person to whom I am close.

I have let go of friends when my life situations changes. For instance, I let go of some friends when I relocate and when I start to have children.

This is not bad at all. When you relocate, you are going to keep a distance with friends and giving them some space in communication is cool as long as they don't feel like you are now acting too big for them.
